editing and chapter two 6/23/25

Refined chapter one to be a lot smoother, less distracted by less important details. Still keeping the heart warming moments, and details to show the scene, just polished it up. I had to perform the first chapter so I really greased it up to be smooth and cool.  

Fixed spelling and grammar where I could. Dyslexic ass will always struggle. 

Still debating if I should start making youtube videos of reading it allowed. Folk who saw me perform really liked it, but idk how to make a nice video of me without getting embarrassed. 

I also have ten chapters drafted, still need to edit them out but they're going well! the roughs will be posted every Wednesday on my Patreon, and edits will be updated as I get them done. I'll still release on itch, just after they've been edited a lot. Patreon also gets concept art as I get it done

Anyway, proud of how its going! I love my depressed soldiers.
